PET & SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
Here at the Aquaventure Reef Club we have been welcoming dogs from the same families for many years and are happy to keep your pets comfortable during your stay too. When traveling with your dog you’ll enjoy space and comfort in our stylish bedrooms. Dogs are allowed in the reception area and your bedroom. You can bring your dog’s travel bed with you.
We ask that you refrain from taking them with you to the bar, restaurant, camera room and dive gear set up area.
Please no dogs on seats, sofas or furniture.
Your dog needs you, so please keep your dog with you and do not leave your dog in your room unattended.
We charge a modest fee per dog per night with a maximum of 2 dogs per room.
While we’re all set up for dogs, we don’t have space for any other pets; they get to stay cosy at home.
Guide dogs or hearing dogs are very welcome just let us know in advance for no charges.

To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the following policies apply to your pet’s stay.
Pet Cleaning Fee
Please be aware that a flat-rate, non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest. If room fumigation is required due to pest infestation an additional fee over and above the cleaning fee will apply.
Acceptable Pets
We welcome all well-mannered dogs. Pets must weigh less than 20KG. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behaviour, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. No more than two (2) pets may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.

Pet-Friendly Areas
Pets are allowed only in the area listed above. Pets are not allowed in public areas where food & beverage is served or consumed. For your convenience, an area along the driveway is located at the side of the resort and is ideal for a four legged stroll. Please dispose of pet waste appropriately.
Pet Control / Containment in Public Areas
Pets must be leashed, caged, or firmly held when they are in all common areas of the hotel, including the Pet Walk.
Please use the Pet in Room Sign on your door handle.
Please place the Pet in Room sign on the outside of your door whenever your pet is in your room. Pets are not permitted to be left any areas of the Hotel, including your bedroom unattended.
Housekeeping
For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor your pet (dogs must be on a leash), or (c) your pet is caged.
Damage to Guest Rooms and Common Areas
Your hotel account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet. We welcome dogs at Aquaventure Reef Club, although we do ask that they are well-behaved throughout your stay. Owners are asked to control any noise made by their dog to ensure it does not disturb other guests.
